At Zinx USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee

  • 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns

  • Final sale items are non-returnable


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition received

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Fee

Approved returns are subject to a flat $5.00 return shipping fee, which may be deducted from your refund amount.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and handling costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zinxusa.store with photos of the issue.

In these cases, return shipping and restocking fees may be waived where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used items or items damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
